We develop your plot under the land-for-flat model and take on the entire building process from design to handover.
In the land-for-flat (kat karşılığı) model, the landowner contributes the plot and the contractor contributes the construction; the units in the completed building are shared according to the agreement. At Yakup Abbasoğlu Construction we work with landowners in Melikgazi and Yeşilhisar on this basis and take on the construction from start to finish.
We consider open communication with the landowner the foundation of this model. Throughout the process we keep the landowner informed about the work carried out and the materials used.
What Is Land-for-Flat?
In land-for-flat construction, the landowner gives the plot to the contractor without paying a fee, and the contractor builds the building with its own resources. When the building is completed, the apartments are shared between the landowner and the contractor at the ratio set in the contract.
The Process Step by Step
First we assess the location and zoning status of your plot together. If we reach an agreement, the contract is signed, the project is designed and the building permit is obtained. Construction then begins; the building is handed over once structural works, building services and finishing are complete.

Land-for-flat is a long-term partnership. Our company principal, Yakup Abbasoğlu, communicates directly with the landowner throughout the process and provides information about each stage and the materials used.
