Quality Materials, Careful Workmanship, Homes You Can Trust

Yakup Abbasoğlu Construction is a building company providing residential construction and land-for-flat (kat karşılığı) contracting in the Melikgazi and Yeşilhisar districts of Kayseri.

For landowners, families looking for a home and residential investors, we manage the project from start to finish: assessing the plot, design and permit procedures, structural and finishing works, and handover. We have completed many residential projects in Yeşilhisar and two buildings of 3+1 apartments in Melikgazi; construction of our 2+1 apartment project in Melikgazi is ongoing.

Material quality and workmanship are at the heart of how we work. The families living in our buildings today are the best witnesses of this care. Our company principal, Yakup Abbasoğlu, follows each project closely and communicates directly with landowners and buyers.

• A building approach that does not compromise on material quality
• Care in workmanship
• Direct communication with the company principal
• Completed residential projects in Melikgazi and Yeşilhisar
• A clear, transparent process for landowners and buyers
